For years I've been told by my wife and others that "you're in the way." After nearly developing a complex, I just decided to adopt that as my Indian name--"In the Way." Thus, the name of the blog. I hope that future postings here will be as light-hearted.

Sir, I do not think you are in the way. In fact, I think you are not in the way enough. I love you and I think you are marvelous.
Have I ever told you that you were in the way? I seem to remember hearing you say things like, "Get out of the way, Mormon."
